its pretty much a smaller 605 with 10 times LESS storage, and no flash on the internet. only reason i would get it over 605 is that it has flash memory and is more shock resistant, and apple customer service is amazing. it does have a great user interface, but that’s overrated.

sick/slick last generation player, but still amazing; a generation before 605 thus fatter, slower wifi without flash (no youtube/dailymotion) however this one can be had for cheaper.

this thing is amazing.+ tiny, touch screen, sd slot, 48 hour battery life, video, fm radio… however with only a 4 gb flash drive and a small screen makes watching long videos not ideal, better than an ipod nano.

ipod shuffle sized with the iriver clix interface, simply amazing… record voice and radio. crazy why anyone would buy a shuffle over this. this suposedly has better sound quality (than the ipod)

this pmp is a bit outdated, its joystick is easy to browse files with, but its pretty big. before buying you might want to wait for the cowon q5, it will be similar to the archos 604/05 wifi.

a nano competitor, i predict (this generation) will fail miserably. the 80GB zune will do fine because larger players aren’t supposed to be stylish, as small flash players ala nano should have some style to appleal more to people however in my opinion and the opinion of many others, zune flash looks cheap and ugly.
